These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of guided tours, organized trips, and motorcycle touring experiences offered by Soul Riders x 1000 S.L. (hereinafter, “Soul Riders”).

Booking any service via the website, form, email, or authorized channel implies that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the Contract

Soul Riders organizes motorcycle tours, guided routes, experiential trips, and motorcycle tourism services using motorcycles provided by the organization.

Each specific reservation will be governed by these general terms and conditions and by the specific details of the booked tour.

2. Reservations and Confirmation

To finalize the reservation, an initial deposit of €500 per person may be required, unless another amount is specified in the tour description.

The reservation will not be confirmed until:

receipt of the corresponding payment
express acceptance of these general terms and conditions

Spaces are limited and will be assigned in order of confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the tour, unless otherwise indicated.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

3. Price and Included Services

The price includes only the items expressly listed in the information sheet for the booked tour.
Unless otherwise specified, the following are not included:

flights or transportation to the starting point
fuel
tolls
fines or penalties
unspecified meals and beverages
personal expenses
cancellation insurance
private medical assistance
any service not expressly listed as included

4. Accommodations

The standard Soul Riders package includes a private room for each participant, unless you are traveling with a companion and request to share a room. For double or shared bookings, Soul Riders will assign shared accommodations based on availability. Any upgrade or change in room category is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

5. Motorcycles included in the tour

Tours are conducted exclusively on motorcycles provided by Soul Riders or by suppliers authorized by the organization.

The customer is responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until it is returned.

To pick up the vehicle, you must present valid identification and meet the required age, driver’s license, and experience requirements.

Soul Riders may require a deposit or security deposit via credit card.

6. Motorcycle Insurance

The motorcycles included in the tours are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible of €1,000 per covered incident or claim, unless otherwise specified in advance.

In the event of damage, accident, fall, theft, or malfunction attributable to use during the assigned period, the customer’s maximum ordinary financial liability will be €1,000, without prejudice to legal or contractual exclusions.

The following, among other cases, are excluded from coverage:

driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
reckless or negligent use
participation in competitions
driving off authorized routes when prohibited
transfer of the vehicle to unauthorized third parties
serious breach of safety instructions

In these cases, the customer will be liable for the full amount of the damage caused.

7. Participant’s fitness and responsible driving

The participant declares that he or she is in adequate physical and mental condition to ride motorcycles for consecutive days.

Furthermore, the participant agrees to ride within his or her technical capabilities and to comply with:

applicable traffic regulations
the guide’s organizational instructions
personal safety limits
prudent and responsible driving

Soul Riders may prevent participation or exclude from the tour anyone who jeopardizes their own safety or that of others.

8. Required equipment

For safety reasons, appropriate gear is required, including at a minimum:

approved helmet
gloves
appropriate motorcycle jacket
sturdy closed-toe footwear

Failure to provide sufficient gear may result in being denied participation, with no right to a refund.

9. Tour Leadership and Group Safety

The guide or tour leader may reasonably modify:

itinerary
pace
schedules
stops
group order
planned stages

when necessary for safety, traffic, weather conditions, technical issues, or the general well-being of the group.

10. Roadside Assistance

In the event of a breakdown, accident, or reasonable inability to continue, Soul Riders will provide reasonable logistical assistance to prioritize the participant’s safety and coordinate the best available solution. Such assistance may include:

motorcycle replacement subject to availability
transportation to a hotel or safe location
technical assistance
partial reorganization of the tour

Any extraordinary costs not expressly included may be charged to the customer when they result from causes attributable to the customer.

11. Cancelaciones por parte del cliente

Unless otherwise specified, cancellations are subject to the following fees:

More than 60 days in advance: €300 administrative fee
Between 21 and 59 days: 50% of the total price
20 days or less: 100% of the total price

No refund will be issued for:

no-show
late arrival
voluntary withdrawal
non-use of contracted services

12. Cancellation Insurance

If the customer purchases external cancellation insurance, any refund will be governed by the terms of that policy.

Soul Riders recommends purchasing cancellation and travel assistance insurance.

13. Private and Customized Tours

Customized or group tours may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed:

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: refund converted into a credit valid for 24 months
Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance: credit valid for future use for 24 months

14. Minimum number of participants

Soul Riders may cancel a tour up to 14 days before departure if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such a case, the customer may choose between:

a full refund of the amount paid to Soul Riders
a credit for another date, if offered and voluntarily accepted

15. Force majeure

If the tour cannot take place due to force majeure, including severe weather conditions, administrative restrictions, pandemics, conflicts, or similar circumstances, Soul Riders may:

change dates
adjust the itinerary
issue a future credit
issue a full or partial refund based on services rendered and costs incurred

16. Liability

Soul Riders acts as the organizer and coordinator of the trip and related services.

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks that are voluntarily accepted by the participant.

Soul Riders shall not be liable for individual reckless driving decisions, legal violations by the customer, or the actions of third parties beyond its control.

Except in cases where liability cannot be limited by law, Soul Riders’ total liability for direct damages attributable to its organization shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the contracted tour.

17. Participant Documentation

Each participant must have valid and current documentation:

ID card or passport
valid driver’s license
international driver’s permits, if required
additional documentation required depending on the destination

Failure to participate due to missing documentation will not entitle the participant to a refund.

18. Use of images

During the tours, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional, informational, or documentary purposes.

Participants authorize the non-exclusive and royalty-free use of their image on Soul Riders’ own channels, unless they expressly object in writing before the tour begins.

19. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed by Soul Riders x 1000 S.L. to manage reservations, provide contracted services, and send communications related to our business.

Customers may exercise their rights in accordance with current regulations by submitting a written request to the company.

20. Contract amendments

Any specific changes to the service must be made in writing.

Verbal communications shall have no contractual effect.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sabadell (Barcelona) in accordance with applicable regulations.
